Learning to appropriately manage stress is one of the most useful skills we can build in this life, as stress affects us not only mentally, but also physically and emotionally. Integrating stress management skills into our daily lives can also build our resilience to stress—and that’s an easy thing to do!

For evidence-based stress management and resilience building, I offer both online workshops and in person workshops (corporate and community groups).

We’ll cover:

  • Why it’s important to understand stress and what it can do
  • Evidence-based techniques for stress management and resilience building
  • Simple techniques that you can start using immediately

Pricing is £75 per participant for a two hour workshop or £300 per participant for a full day workshop (online or in person). Additional support (online or in person) can be provided for staff at a rate of £60 per one hour individual session.
