Women's Support

Using evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, I support women to build their confidence, improve their boundaries, and help make positive changes in their lives. We work together to change your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours through the use of CBT, hypnosis, and mindfulness, all of which have substantial scientific data to support their efficacy.

Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy is intended to be a fairly short course, usually 6-10 sessions at most. In my own work, I am very future forward. We anticipate how you want to think, feel, and behave moving forward without digging through the past.

I work subclinically, meaning that I work on issues that are troublesome for you, however they are not severe enough for a clinical or mental health diagnosis. I am not able to work with clients who are severely depressed or who have epilepsy. Sessions are available online and in person.
