Booking Appointments

Initial 30 minute Discovery Conversations can be booked directly through this link, or you can call or text me and we will book you in. If we decide that we are a good fit to work together, I will send you a link to book in your first session which is primarily for full assessment in addition to payment information. At the end of each session, I will send you a new link to book your next session until we reach the end of your treatment.

Included in your sessions:

  • Hypnosis recordings from our sessions together for you to keep forever
  • Worksheets and exercises
  • Personalized treatment plan designed in collaboration with you

Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapy is designed to be a short course of treatment unlike other forms of talk therapy that can take years. Therefore, I offer blocks of sessions to cover your treatment.

Payments from the UK are made via bank transfer, while payments from outside the UK are made via PayPal. Payment is required prior to treatment.

Rescheduling/Cancelling Appointments

If necessary, appointments can be rescheduled up to 2 times. Appointments are to be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to a late fee.

I offer workshops on stress management, mindfulness, and resilience building for community groups and businesses. Contact me for more information.

I work subclinically, meaning I work with issues that are troublesome for you, but not severe enough for a clinical diagnosis. While stress management and resilience building are my specialties, I can also help you with:
